The Opportunity:

Are you a detail-oriented, highly organised professional with a knack for managing data and ensuring accuracy? Weleda New Zealand is looking for a Product Coordinator to join our friendly and collaborative team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and consistency of product information across all channels while supporting our sales and marketing efforts.

As our Product Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing product data, ensuring its accuracy, and facilitating communication across departments. You will work closely with our teams to ensure smooth product launches, promotions, and updates.

This is a fantastic role for someone who is proactive and detail-focused that enjoys working with data and collaborating across teams. You will have a passion for organisation, a high level of accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, update and maintain accurate Product Information in our systems and databases. 
  • Conduct audits to verify the accuracy of product information across internal platforms.
  • Maintain website product information, including packaging images.
  • Ensure product information on digital platforms is accurate and up to date.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries.
  • Distribute product updates and changes to relevant stakeholders promptly.
  • Create and distributing trade presenters for new products and promotions.

About You:

  • Experienced in data management (1-2 years minimum).
  • Confident and proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office applications.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and a multitasker.
  • A self-starter with excellent written and spoken English.
  • A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
