Myland Partners is expanding rapidly, with multiple residential developments underway and more in the pipeline. We’re looking for a driven Sales Consultant — ideally with real estate or property sales experience — to join our Auckland team.
This role is more than sales. You’ll guide buyers through thoughtfully designed communities across active and upcoming projects, providing a smooth, confident, and rewarding purchase experience.

What You’ll Do
- Manage enquiries and convert them into successful section sales
- Guide buyers through Sale & Purchase Agreements with clarity and confidence
- Build long-term relationships with clients
- Host site visits and appointments, explaining land, covenants, and build considerations
- Support marketing launches and campaign activity
- Contribute to sales strategies that deliver consistent results
About You
- Real estate, property, land, or development sales experience (strongly preferred)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Commercially minded and results-driven
- Confident guiding buyers through a structured sales process
- Motivated, proactive, and passionate about property
